Information about the RAILF-Romcontrola Symposium
The RAILF-Romcontrola Symposium is traditionally the means in which the specialists in automation, instrumentation and laboratory equipment as well as bidding companies present their research, technology, news and interesting applications for specialized Romanian market.
The works of the Symposium cover a broad spectrum of topics in the areas of automation and instrumentation having an applied, concrete natureas well as a theoretical area, which can be deepened as requested by the audience.
The registration procedure
1. Register
To be a part of the audience at the Symposium, please register by contacting the Event Manager, by email or telephone. Participation in the symposium is free, but seats are limited and the principle of allocating seats is "first come, first served".
The organizer will reserve requested seats and will keep them reserved until 10 minutes before the event. After this time, seats will be considered vacant.
2. Costs
Participation in the symposium is free. However, because the symposium is a part of the event RAILF-Romcontrola, together with TIB, access to Romexpo Exhibition Centre is performed based ticket or specialist invitation.
3. Confirmation
The organizer / the project manager will request confirmation of your participation at the Symposium at least once within the two weeks before its deployment, indicating a period of confirmation. The absence of your confirmation within the deadline specified by the organizer determines cancellation and reallocation of the requested seats.
4. Waiting list
The organizer will establish a list of applications at the Symposium, and if there are more requests than seats in the room, draw up waiting lists, and in the event that a place becomes vacant, it will be filled in accordance with the principle in paragraph 1.
5. Presence
On the day of the Symposium, the organizer will ensure the registration as a confirmation of the presence of all participants in the Symposium.
